You can either use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool (which should work with any
Windows Phone model) or, if you have a Lumia phone, you can check out the
Lumia Software Recovery Tool which is unique to the Lumia models.
Most excellent! This worked extremely well and efficiently on my 920. WP 10
destroyed that phone. It was burning hot all of the time and the battery life
was terrible. I used the Windows Phone version of the software.
Cara Downgrade Windows Phone 8.1 ke Windows Phone 8.0
   Download Zip https://relemisdutch.blogspot.com/?oc=2wH8FG
I updated windows 10.thn i want to go back to windows 8.1.after done all the
procedures in PC the 1,52 gb downloaded.bt after that ,it was found an error
THE PHONE COULDNT BE FOUND (already my phone was connected to PC ).What will i
   do?
   plz solve my problem.
I have being doing insider preview since it was first offered out to beta
testers and i can say that the video issue does not just relate to Nokia
phones, i have noticed it affects the best of laptops and towers too as well
   as my Lumia.
The problem i notice is microsoft has a habit of replacing certain Wireless
and video drivers with generic versions of thier own. I was able to correct
this on PC and Laptops by getting the official drivers from the wireless or
   video drivers official
manufacturers website and this worked a treat, so i had to do the same with my
Lumia so i recommend you use the Nokia recovery tool as opposed to the
   Mircrosoft one.
I have not run across this as I was running W8.1 when I installed the
programs, and W10 currently, but I would assume that this message means that
the programs may require W7 or W8 on your PC (not referring to what is
   installed on your phone).
I am facing a problem after installing the downgrading software for windows
lumia 640xl. Its showing some error and unable to install the software in my
phone. I have tried it so many times and now the screen of my phone is showing
   black and seems like a
   dead phone.
We'll send a security code to the alternate email address or phone number
you've set up for this account, and you'll need to enter that code to verify
that you're the owner of the account. This helps us protect your account and
   devices when you access
sensitive info. If you don't have alternate contact info set up for the
account yet, you'll be asked to provide it now.
By unlocking the bootloader you can open up a whole new world of
possibilities. An unlocked bootloader allows you to modify the system data
such as the recovery or the operating system. You can not only root the
   smartphone to gain admin/superuser
privileges, but also install a different ROM which can change the overall
smartphone experience. That said, all these possibilities depend on the
developer community, and some devices receive more development, while others
   receive lesser.
To ensure that the smartphone is properly detected by the bootloader unlock
tool, make sure you install the required fastboot drivers. If you are not sure
whether the drivers are installed or not, please run the drivers installer
   again.
Our unlock tool does not support the first-gen Nokia smartphones (like the
Nokia 2, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6). So, until such support is added, you can
follow the old method by buying the bootloader unlock key and downgrading your
   aboot.
The bootloader unlock key is an encrypted file containing an encrypted string
that gives the unlock permission. You can use the unlock key if your phone is
on July 2018 or an older update. The price for the unlock key is $5 per
   request. You will need to
   send the following information:
Go to Settings > System> Developer options on your Nokia Android smartphone
and enable OEM Unlocking. You should be able to unlock without making this
setting change, but you ideally should enable it.
About a month ago, Foxconn Technology Group pulled as many as 200 workers off
an iPhone X production line. Apple was struggling to get sufficient components
for the phone and needed fewer people to put it together. The main culprit,
   the people said, was
the 3-D sensor that recognizes faces and unlocks the handset. Foxconn declined
   to comment.
The 3-D sensor has three key elements: a dot projector, flood illuminator and
infrared camera. The flood illuminator beams infrared light, which the camera
uses to establish the presence of a face. The projector then flashes 30,000
   dots onto the face
which the phone uses to decide whether to unlock the home screen. The system
uses a two-stage process because the dot projector makes big computational
demands and would rapidly drain the battery if activated as frequently as the
   flood illuminator.
Simple solution and opportunity: Not only let the iPhone work on any carrier,
but put *two* SIM card slots on the iPhone and let users set which
applications use which services. (Your phone could be Verizon and your browser
   Sprint!) Imagine having two
SIM cards with 3G that were able to bond together to perform superfast uploads
   and downloads to YouTube.
The Times of India reported earlier today that Alibaba (NYSE:BABA) is now
reconsidering its previous intention to buy a stake in India's biggest
smartphone vendor, Micromax. The excuse being given was that Alibaba was
   originally only interested in
investing in Micromax's software services division.
Alibaba's Chairman Daniel Zhang has allegedly decided that the software
service side of Micromax is too small compared to that company's low-margin
hardware division. Micromax is a specialist in ultra-cheap entry-level Android
   phones, so it's easy to
believe that Alibaba doesn't like going dirty with dirt-cheap Android phones.
