   Well I certainly hope *you're* winning the fight, man.   
      
   With my friend it got to the point where he could barely move. He was a big   
   guy but his shoulders and upper arms were practically reduced to skin and   
   bones. He wasn't eating, and the booze in turn was eating his muscles and   
   wrecking his nervous system. Finally, and not surprisingly, his heart gave   
   out.
