   It's shitty to watch happen and I'm helping a couple of friends out of   
   it too. I've one friend that stopped eating completely and ended up on   
   the liver transplant list. I'm doing well though. My job is very   
   physical and I eat like a horse. Nobody is worrying too badly about me   
   right now, although in the last 25 years there have been two   
   interventions.   
      
   I did my 10 days of no sleep, night sweats, and severe pain without the   
   need for rehab, which makes me a very lucky man indeed.
