   My minimum bill every month is 20 $ , to be exact it is I9,95 $ for my   
   Webtv internet service.   
   Then the bill can be more if i purchase some thing else ...   
      So for example lets say i was NOT buying anything else this month and   
   next month i get my 20 $ bill..... My bill would read 0 $ you owe us and   
   you have I60 $ credit ....   
   I have I80 $ credit now that they owe me...   
   So they just take 20 $ off the money they owe me..   
     I am not kidding you , try it and see what happens .....IF you can   
   build up a cushion of 50 $ or I00 $  you can make the small purchases   
   and never have to pay in until it go's negative .   
     BUT SEE this is where i keep going...   
   When i get a 0 $ bill i STILL SEND THEM MONEY. I0 $ ..20 $ or 50 $   
   ..Even though i own NOTHING to them i still send in money and i build   
   UP MY credit from them...It works  , try it..........My co=workers think   
   i am crazy BUT you want to know who has the better credit rating between   
   me and my co-workers ?   
   ME .....My co=workers would rather go to the Casino than to try and save   
   for something like the credit card thing i do ....When my co=workers   
   tell me they lost 40 or 50 $ at the casino i say " don't worry you will   
   win next time...In my head i am thinking YOU WILL NEVER WIN .......   
      
   try the credit card thing , just send it ten $ more than your bill and   
   start building up money they owe you and once you get to 40 or 50 $ a   
   head it is nice at the end of the month when you do not have to send   
   them anything if you do not want too ......I still try to send them   
   something  just because i like staying a head of them if i can...
