   Well no   
      
   1) There were never 100 milion American Indians. The maximum   
   estimate of the precolumbian north american population is 18 million and   
   the minimum 2 million. Most ethnologists believe is was around   
   8-10 million   
      
   2) Not all of them were killed as a visit to any reservation   
   will show.   
      
   3) Most of the deaths were due to disease in a period when   
   the mechanisms by which diseases were spread was not understood.   
   Bacilli tend not to need written orders.
