   --Make no mistake about it, there never has been any way to keep "outsiders"   
   out of a Usenet newsgroup.  AMR has suffered the same fate as many other   
   newsgroups, beseiged over the years by crossposters and noncrossposters   
   alike who have no interest in the music group whatsoever.   
      
   At the /very/ least, on Facebook you can choose to create a members-only   
   group and enforce it, as well as the good old "ignore user" feature that you   
   can just set and forget.  For all the crap that FB gets, this is not one of   
   its weaknesses.
