   He is to afraid to do direct, his specific powers are minimal amongst   
   normal folk or in the UV rich light of Colorado sun. You already know   
   this, or should.

   What he wants is destruction by darkness, not any co-shared advancement   
   or dialog.   
      
   He will continue to deploy his juvenile minions to interdict you in   
   several venues. Immediate reactive shutdown at each scene or play is key   
   to neutralizing his powers, even those delivered by agent proxy.
