If you post something - ANYTHING AT ALL - that causes somebody to
connect to facebook to look at it, they make money from the ad that
comes with showing it to whoever came to see it. They make money using
content *YOU* supplied, with zero benefit to you. And that only
considers the ads. The last time I looked at their "If you want a
Facebook page, you have to agree to these terms whether you like them or
not" legalese, there was a specific "Anything and everything you upload
to our servers becomes our property to do with as we please, and we
don't owe you squat for it" clause.

Translation, *EVERY* FB user that has ever had a visitor to their page
has made facebook money with no compensation to them, and they claim all
rights to do anything and everything they like with whatever hits their
servers in connection with your account, with nothing owed to you for
the use of it if and when they get around to doing so.

But hey - don't let me stop you from putting more money in Zuckerman's
pocket if that's what tickles yer pickle. Just don't think I'll ever do
anything that'll help make it happen.
