   while i don't think he should be included it would be nice if they   
   mentioned him and gave him a credit as one of the founding members. i   
   am also sure that he will be ignored. did you see Geddy's reaction   
   when he was asked about Rutsey's departure in Beyond the Lighted Stage   
   movie? very terse.
