   Glad to hear it's being digged across the pond.   
      
   Not that I was asked, but Action Figure Party's self-titled album is   
   another great recent funk-based record. It's actually a couple of   
   years old. The band is an offshoot of L.A.'s Geggy Tah.   
      
   Caught a Who/Pretenders show last night. Best bill out there right now   
   and well worth whatever you pay; Townshend is still the most fun
