   Steely Dan played at the Rotterdam North Sea Jazz festival last weekend.   
   I wasn't there unfortunately, but I will go to the Hamburg concert next   
   Tuesday. Here's a brief and free translation from a Dutch - normally   
   rather critical - quality newspaper (Volkskrant) about the Dan gig:   
      
   "The reason why lovers of pop music won't forget this years North Sea   
   Festival was the Steely Dan concert. Becker and Fagen were supported by   
   a marvelous band and the audience dreamed away, blessed with Hey   
   Nineteen, Peg and Josie and Becker and Fagen too looked happier more and   
   more.   
   Here great music was made, with a star-roll for the hornsection. It   
   might have continued for ever and ever. Steely Dan better come back for   
   another concert as soon as possible with this "best band ever" as Fagen   
   called it".
