Don't know how many of you are aware of the Funky 16 Corners blog, but   
   I'm a regular visitor. The dude digitizes old soul 45s and posts them   
   as mp3s, with lengthy and detailed accompanying essays about the music   
   and performers.   
      
   Recently, he did a post of Woody Herman covering Kid Charlemagne from   
   1978 - Joe Lovano, Victor Feldman, and Tom Scott are in this iteration   
   of his big band - and Herbie Mann from 1973 covering Do It Again.
