It is one of the first hits that came up on Google.              I recently pulled a bunch of old CDs out of the attic as I've been in a rut       with my listening habits lately and needed a change. I knew I had "A Decade of       Steely Dan" stored away and was excited to find and play it again. Most of the       disc is great stuff        with the exception of maybe "Hey Nineteen" and "Bad Sneakers" but neither is       that bad to make me search "worst Steely Dan song ever!" They're just not       that great.              20 years later, I have to agree with my friends here that hate East St. Louis       Toodle-oo. OMG is that awful. I forced myself to listen to the whole thing       and know I threw up in my mouth. I remember hating it many years ago when CDs       were the way you        listened to music. It reminds me of the night club music from the first Star       Wars movie, sickening stuff. To me, it's just bad music that doesn't belong       on a best of compilation or recorded anywhere else for that matter. So sorry,       Duke Ellington/       Bubber Miley fans...              That said, I'm not surprised someone here actually liked that track. It's all       yours pal, I won't fight you for it.               I recently saw a pristine AMC Pacer wagon tucked away in someone's garage.        You could tell it was well cared for by a proud owner. It was a reminder that       one person's clunker can be another person's treasure.              Thanks to those who started this group; I hope to see more comments.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
