   Could this be a take on Fox TV? Using lots of words to say very little   
   and trying to put "USA" into every other sentence sounds about right.   
      
   Although the "H" being Heroine sounds decidedly non-Fox - Freely   
   associating,  I'm thinking Edward Teller and his team (Nahh...)
