   Saw 'em last night........Came away somewhat disappointed......The sound   
   was a muddled mix of muck for most of the night......The keyboards were   
   totally buried in the mix for the most part Luckily,a few of the   
   performances transcended the technical shortcomings..."Third World Man"   
   was magical and seemed to wake up the crowd a little as did "Goodbye   
   Look" and a few others but the poor sound was unforgivable at least in   
   my book......Also.....Didn't seem like this particular ("younger")   
   line-up clicked on some tunes ("Here at the Western World" for   
   one).....Don't get me wrong....A bad Donald Fagen concert is still   
   better than most of the other stuff out there but it was still bad   
   IMHO.......Hopefully they can work things out and tighten up before you   
   see them.....I did like the new stuff and can't wait to buy the DVD/A   
   surround mix :)........Maybe others will tell you different but the   
   general consensus in my section (front balcony) was not good......Any   
   other views would be of interest to me.......Maybe floor seats would   
   have been better..........Peace
