   Up in Toronto, there was a pre-sale that opened a couple of days before the   
   general public sale that was sponsored thru a "listeners club'' from the big   
   rock Fm station in T.O. - pretty much the whole centre section was sold out   
   in the first few hours of the pre-sale  - perhaps the same thing happened   
   where you live ?
