   And to your question about pre-ordering on the net: No. You don't get it in   
   the mail on the release date. They don't even mail it on the release date.   
   Guess they haven't got it yet, they're usually very reliable. Not Amazon.uk,   
   anyway. I'm still waiting for the DVD-A package here in Norway. Maybe it
