   Can't help thinking of Rickie Lee Jones in this context. 'Rikki' ? She   
   drank, she could look good, I suppose she could ravish men and still be   
   uncertain, and she knew Fagen (Pirates) and Becker (Flying Cowboys), even   
   did Show Biz Kids (which sounds related to the atmosphere you described).
