From: flynn14@webtv.net              >>You actually think D/W would tell us the truth?              Cedric (sorry.. I mean Yo dawg) Right after Morph the Cat was released,       Fagen gave two interviews. One in Rolling Stone, and one in       Entertainment Weekly. There was more inside information in these two       short articles than in Sweets whole book! That Entertainment Weekly       article was fantastic! I enjoyed those two articles much more than       Sweets book. At least I'm getting the truth right from Fagen's mouth!       Fagen talked about his early days at Bard. He even goes into detail       about his drug bust in which himself and Becker were led away in hand       cuffs by police. This is stuff that Fagen NEVER talked about publicly       before! Sweet never touched upon this stuff because Sweet didn't know       anything about it. The article was very revealing, honest, and told me       things that I never knew. Even former Bard band mate Chevy Chase was       quoted. I didn't see Sweet getting an interview with Chevy Chase for his       book. If these two articles are any indication of what a book written by       Becker and Fagen would be like, it would be simply amazing!              Is Sweet's book ninety five percent BS? I say 100% yes!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
