   Something about the chorus reminds me of True Companion. I'm not that   
   musically literate, so I dare not  put my finger on it - it might be the   
   chord progression, though. Anyone else have that association?   
      
   And thanks for doing this, R-ton. Your writings are very interesting and   
   really makes me listen again. Keep it up!   
      
   But seriously, what's that thing about muted trumpets? It is here to stay,   
   in or out of tune. The best Steely Dan album ever made, is Kind of Blue,
