   Well, since it's obvious I can't find music that answers to all my criteria   
   I will try to find my favorite opposites for each criterium apart.   
      
   - absolutely no swing ...   
   That's a hard one. Music composed by good old Hendrik Andriesse. Although   
   even his music has swing in some sublimated way.   
      
   - ... but a very tight unsquare rithme   
   Soft machine, Premiata Forneria Marconi.   
      
   - no background in American/European popular music culture   
   Dig African music by Thomas Mafupmo, Étoile de Dakar, Boubacar Traoré.   
      
   - only simple chords and simple chords alone

   If I must choose: Frank Zappa   
      
   - completely different instrumentation   
   Although not completely: Cindy Lauper's Peewee's Playhouse Theme, Fay Lovski

   (live at the Dom: mixed and scratched live some heavy grooves with a singin   
   saw, while the carillon of the dom of Utrecht was playing)
