   To me it sounds like a joke, friendly one-up-manship. Tim Schmit (backing   
   vox on Pretzel Logic, The Royal Scam & Aja) was a member of Eagles, wasn't   
   he? And, after all, some of the songs on the first two SD albums (not to   
   mention the hilarious Dallas and Sail the Waterway) sound a lot like Eagles,   
   I think.
