From: regenton3.nospam@telenet.be              Hello              this track got 6.5/10 ;       at first listening it was 7/10. So I appreciate it less now.              And also when I started listening to this , I said to myself ,       hearing that Rhodes sound : "aha, Steely Dan, like in Glamour Profession"       and hearing that bass riff : "aha, typically Walter Becker".       But it's not Steely Dan, and it's not Walter Becker.              This track is not my favorite track ; however, it is "saved" by the bridge,       that is really OK. After the bridge, the song does not seem to have any       destination or goal. Some variation is brought by some more empty fragments.              The melodica solo is sympathetic however. I have a melodica at home. It       seems to have more value now (it was almost given away).              This track sounds like a less glorious end of the CD , but fortunately, DF       reminds us of the excellent song Morph the Cat.              Any comments?       R-ton              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
