FLAC is a compression scheme, kinda like zip files. Google "Flac Frontend".
Its a small free program that converts FLAC files to WAV. You can then
   listen and burn.

There's other things you can do, like get programs that will play FLACs
without extraction, or get Nero plugins that let you burn a FLAC directly to
an audio CD. But getting flac frontend is the easiest.
