   My understanding in years past was that Roger Nichols travelled with   
   the band and mixed the mains. Not the case this trip?   
      
   I can't imagine they went with anyone other than Clair Brothers for   
   the sound system...but I guess that's possible too.   
      
   I saw them last in Hershey, PA, in '03 (?) and the sound started out   
   pretty rough but improved. The time before that was Irvine, CA, in '00   
   and it was impeccable - probably the best live sound I've ever heard.   
      
   I'm not sure when they decided to do this summer tour, but if it was a   
   last-minute deal, that can make it hard to get top-notch equipment and   
   good people to run it.
