   Kenneth Martin Dolan was told by anonymous psychiatrist as medical and   
   including trauma problems causing disability not any mental issues all along   
   in retrospect causing disability especially shown MACI results from 1987 tests   
   from staff in 1987 and    
   tests from 2016 showing 0% psychosis.
