   ECHELON SUCKS AT WARFARE DOLPHIN DETECTION SOVIETS ALMOST WON THROUGH THEIR   
   HUMAN MIND CONTROL DOLPHINS    
      
   ECHELON and other radar facilities have shown the world ineptness and poor   
   reaction where dolphins from Ukraine, formerly the Soviet Union, show that   
   dolphins, when employed in warfare, can only be used for mind control of   
   humans.    
      
   Signals from dolphins and aquatic life used for warfare, would not include   
   unnatural signaling as most radar are used to, but would be "mixed in natural   
   signals" mostly not attempted detected (sonar might not be the only signals).   
   Aquatic life is NOT    
   built for human warfare, their very involvement is such low skill and   
   professionalism, because of mistargeting and other problems. The aquatic   
   lifeforms are NOT to feel or implied as responsible for failed warfare, HUMANS   
   ARE. It's kind of like trying to    
   put a bomb in a mortar rocket launcher by trying to make dolphins and aquatic   
   life commit warfare with natural technologies NOT CAPABLE of warfare which 10   
   of 10 scientists world wide would denounce as "fool's gold science". Dolphins,   
   while showing how    
   wonderfully gifted they are towards Kenneth Martin Dolan, would have been   
   forced into gross lack of human skill and professionalism.    
      
   The incidence involving Kenneth Martin Dolan claimed to be from satellite   
   and/or radar shows how much damage such poor skill as detection could have   
   caused damage from the Soviet Union. The aquatic life, despite not being built   
   for warfare, would have "   
   almost pulled it off" from their gifted beings.    
      
   The dolphin brain shows a cortex and conscious ratio towards rest of total   
   brain volume. They aren't able to communicate towards conscious like they can   
   in near omnipotent limbric system-based subconscious in "the dream states". It   
   is their in warfare,    
   they would have been located, WITHOUT HUMAN BEINGS ABLE MOSTLY TO KNOW THEY   
   WERE EVEN THERE IN THE CONSCIOUS.
