   In cyberwarfare, one is careful to not hand mistreatment lawsuits on a silver   
   platter. In fact, one is to pee and poop, only in hypothetical sense, on one's   
   own fellow countrymen, and "defeat" one's own country instead of the enemy,   
   WITHOUT the fellow    
   countrymen causing potential problems as much as possible, because they are to   
   reduce civil and criminal liabilities as much as possible. Silence treatments   
   by the fellow countrymen only feeds the enemy!   
      
   "I love families of the population of nation that is first nuclear capable   
   nation outside of The United States of America, I wanna hump their vagina!" as   
   a hypothetical example.
