   The OP is talking about "evolution in a few months". That's not really   
   evolution. That's genetically modifying existing people and having the   
   result phenotypically expressed *now*. No childbirth is involved here.   
      
   In fact, properly handled, giving people bigger heads *now* and seeing   
   what happens in under a year could be interesting story fodder. An   
   incompetent minor god, being chased by torhc- and pitchfork-wielding   
   villagers might be fund.
