   Well, I don't believe I can be that precise, and I did   
   say that 11 years is about 136 lunar months when it is   
   actually 136.05 lunar months, which adds another 1.5   
   days to my calculations.   But I am hoping that the   
   summer solstice is the upper limit, so that I will   
   come out of the low years some time between tonight   
   and the summer solstice.   However as you and other   
   readers know, I have made many failed predictions   
   before (though I did successfully predict my late   
   August/early September, 1994 waning crescent high).
