   i first learned about Isis  when my 7th grade Science textbook   
   was in the [ISIS] series --  Isis  stood for Introductory Science Instruction   
   System, or something like that.   
      
   The textbook had a small drawing of Isis... and an explanation about the   
   Goddes.   
      
      
      
   Now,  many years later...    my strongest link to Isis is thru   Issy in   
   Finnegans Wake.
