From: orpheus33@proton.me              If you have ever attempted to stare at the sun chances are that it       ended in a sneeze.              What if while approaching the exit to the underworld with Eurydice       he actually was sneezing and not looking back. Was the fix in for       Orpheus no matter if he indeed break the agreement with Hades. Or       was this a natural reaction to seeing the light at the end of the       metaphorical tunnel. Xenophon would believe this would be a sign of       good luck and maybe Hades had enough of the lyre and wanted       Orpheus' luck to run out. It would have been the most inopportune       moment to sneeze but that is when some bodlily functions find it's       best to let out. Orpheus' story should be revisited and his tragic       ending rewritten if he was victim to a bodily function.              >       ~orpheus              >If you would not be laughed at, be the first to laugh at       yourself.       -Ben Franklin              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
