If you sell me a gallon of milk, or a pound of beef, I can put it on the
scale and see for myself how much I've got.

But in Psychology, there are no measurements of anything, and if someone
makes a statement it must be accepted on "faith".

The separation of church and state in the US is a sociopolitical doctrine
which is considered important and much fuss is made of it.

I am not a big fan of either psychology or astrology. In my eyes they are
equal. Neither is more or less valid then the other, and they both operate
   in much the same fashion.

To be honest, astrology has been around for thousands of years as opposed to
psychology which has a very short history. Not that this resolves anything,
   but it is instructive.

I am a huge fan of astronomy, but I doubt that many folks around here would
be all too interested in that, hydrogen and helium and what not.
