   In a project, the question was raised what the etymology of alimentatie   
   (Dutch)=alimony (English). Quite obvious is that it is realted to the   
   french/latin Alimentation.   
   But it was suggested that it had something to with Greek mythology.   
   Anyone a suggestion on this ?
