   Only one codex of Maya mythology of which I'm aware survived the arrival   
   of the Conquistadores - who, systematically, burnt everything   
   unChristian they could get their hands on.  That codex is called the   
   POPOL VUH (I think I've spelt it correctly!), and modern translations   
   are available in book form:  one assumes it may also be available   
   online, but doesn't have time to look at present.
