   THE PICTURE TELLS THE STORY

   The picture of her BOWED DOWN, EYES CLOSED (as if in   
   prayer before a big Buddha statue), her ARMS limp BY HER   
   SIDE, with ALL HER HAIR PULLED UP (above her crown of   
   her head) easily highlighting the carefully rolled-up 1/2 inch   
   wide white cotton ligature with her "WEDGED" between the   
   end of the metal bed and the wall strongly suggests to me   
   that this picture is TOTALLY CONTRIVED in every which   
   way - from A to Z.   
      
      
   IN FACT, that picture does NOT seem to make any sense -   
   whatsoever.   
      
      
   Here's why.   
      
      
   IF SHE WAS IN THE HABIT of suffocating herself as many   
   as 9 times a day as our WICKED FASCIST Police state   
   Gov't BADLY wants us to believe, she would surely have   
   realized  (in all likelihood) AT THE LAST MINUTE that the   
   guards were NOT going to come in and rescue her.   
      
      
   She would THEN (in all likelihood) have tried WITH ALL   
   HER MIGHT TO CLAW the ligature off her neck with   
   BOTH HANDS leaving *DEEP* FINGERNAIL SCRAT-   
   CHES on her neck.   
      
      
   She would ALSO (in all likelihood) have DIED WITH HER   
   EYES OPEN.   
      
      
   She would  (in all likelihood) have died NOT wedged between   
   the end of the metal bed and the wall, but where there is more   
   space - in the middle of the floor.

   Here's NEW INFORMATION provided by the inquiry into Ashley   
   Smith's death: it appears she was sent to jail for 30 days after   
   turning 13 and kept in solitary confinement in 17 jails across   
   Canada for an additional 2,299 days. (That's 6 years and 239   
   days, a little more than 4.5 months.)   
      
      
   The 17 prisons laid a total of 501 "institutional" DISCIPLINARY   
   CHARGES against this young, smiling, good-natured girl from   
   Moncton, New Brunswick who was - just - A KID!   
      
      
   WHAT IS ESPECIALLY HORRIFIC IS THE FACT,  Ashley Smith   
   received "THE SAME TREATMENT" in all 17 prisons: locked   
   up 23 hours a day in a TINY, WINDOWLESS, 6' x 9' solitary   
   confinement CELL  with just a steel bed: NO mattress, NO pil-   
   low, NO sheets, NO privacy (because a surveillance camera   
   monitored everything she did); forced to wear a THICK security   
   GOWN, with the LIGHTS LEFT ON - ALL THE TIME.   
      
      
   When she was transferred to adult prison, THE HORROR   
   INTENSIFIED!   
      
      
   "On Oct. 5 2006, Ashley Smith arrived at Saint John Regional   
   Correctional Centre, a provincial adult jail, where she was Ta-   
   sered twice within the first few weeks." Toronto Star, Saturday,

   INCREDIBLY, the Government of Canada spent $3.6 MILLION   
   to keep the abuses regarding Ashley Smith's incarceration a

   FEARING A SEVERE BACKLASH FROM CANADIANS, our   
   FASCIST Police state Gov't has gone out of its way to paint   
   Ashley Smith as "mentally ill", "troublesome",  "problematic",   
   "incorrigible", etc. IMPLYING HER ABUSIVE TREATMENT   
   WAS JUSTIFIED, that she brought it upon herself.   
      
      
   CLEARLY, HER "REPEATED" TREATMENT in all 17 prisons   
   STANDS OUT A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY - ESPECIALLY   
   BECAUSE SHE WAS JUST A KID!   
      
      
   Our EVIL FASCIST Police state Gov't that is saying is did   
   NOT act "intentionally" in a criminal fashion (which is the   
   the final conclusion of ALL ROYAL COMMISSIONS).

   Ashley was born on January 28th 1988: she was 19 when   
   she stopped breathing in her solitary confinement cell as   
   HER GUARDS WATCHED HER DIE and "intentionally" DID   
   NOTHING.   
      
      
   Why?   
      
      
   She was getting out of jail "finally" in a few months and she   
   was INTENT ON TELLING everyone what had happened to   
   her psychically and SEXUALLY: she could probably have   
   been able to put QUITE A LOT of people behind bars - had   
   she talked "on the outside".   
      
      
   Let's NOT OVERLOOK an important question: WHERE did   
   Ashley get the material to choke herself SO MANY TIMES   
   IN A DAY -  up to 9 times, the Gov't alleges?   
      
      
   Her *BARREN* CELL had a metal bed: NOTHING ELSE!   
      
      
   What "sharp" instrument did she use to cut "unrippable" ma-   
   terial - SO MANY TIMES?   
      
      
   Her teeth?   
      
      
   If she made so many attempts, WHERE ARE ALL THE PHO-   
   TOS with ligatures around her neck to SUBSTANTIATE this?   
      
      
   We've only seen ONE!   
      
      
   Just ONE!   
      
      
   HOW TRUE are the following 3 paragraphs by a National Post   
   reporter? [Sounds like a Gov't PR (public relations) job to me.]   
      
      
   "If she wasn't busy 'tying up' (or tightly wrapping a homemade   
   ligature around her neck), or wedging herself between a wall   
   of her isolation cell and her metal bed, she was turning purple,   
   or nearly dying."   
      
   "On Sep1, (2007), the date of one of the videos, she did this   
   at least nine times."   
      
   "Her guards would see the ligature, invariably made of white   
   strips cut from her high security gown or high-security blanket   
   or high-security mattress pad." National Post, Thursday, Jan-

   calls Smith making her laugh", page A6   
      
      
   The Ashley Smith *LITANY* OF PRISON ABUSES that she was   
   SUBJECTED TO speaks to THE REAL HORRORS of our SO
