Well, I know the vision was such that the rose
appeared in front of me as if it was really
there, not just in my mind's eye. That is, it
appeared as if someone else who was there would
also have seen it. But then it wouldn't have
counted as a vision. And my past psychiatrist
didn't say what he thought of the vision, though
he said I had a tendency to magical thinking. I
have only met twice with my new psychiatrist and
mentioned the vision to him once and he said I
was psychotic. I haven't given him the URL for
my Salmon on the Thorns web page yet, I want
to make the transition from lithium to Epival
first, and get to know him a bit better, and
tidy up the web page some.

As for two people at once hearing the same
voice in their heads, I haven't heard of
any cases like that. If it did occur then
I think it should not be considered psychotic
but a true voice confirmed by comparison
   between the two recipients.

The rumblings/etc that you mention may have
been volcanic activity or may have been
   a thunderstorm.

I am not Christian, and I don't take the
   bible literally.
