Think of the Oxana Malaya video.              The battered woman is in repetition compulsion, recreating / repeating       the emotional states of her relationship with abusive male relatives       in early life. She can't stop herself.              Then there can be transgenerational repetition within a family, which       skips one or two generations.              The Orientals may argue that the grandson is a reincarnation of the       dead grandparent, hence the repetition...              This is explained in "Family Secrets" by John Bradshaw and elsewhere.              Such books make painful reading.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
