   These writings are prompted partly as a belated reaction to the   
   extreme TOXIC SHAME that pervaded every moment of our lives in 1950s   
   Ireland, which was so bewildering and so tormenting for young people,   
   and often denied because it was so embarrassing and so terrifying to   
   be a child born into in a world where all the adults were so obviously   
   insane. Later I understood that 1950s Ireland was not unique but   
   typical. It was just - by European standards - an exceptional, extreme   
   manifestation of the universal COLLECTIVE MENTAL ILLNESS afflicting   
   all seven billion human beings.   
      
   After a while I learned that some other cultures were and still are   
   even MORE oppressive and MORE toxically shaming than 1950s Ireland,   
   for example most Muslim communities. For that reason I’ve stated that   
   Irish Catholics of mature age are in a position to help Muslims to   
   demythologise their family life, to demythologise their ‘education,’   
   and to overcome their religious abuse. I now know that what happens to   
   most Muslims is even worse than what happened to Irish Catholics in   
   the hell that was 1950s Ireland. That is why Muslim terrorists are   
   much more vicious than the IRA ever was.   
      
   Similarly, Alice Miller correctly identified the genesis of the Nazi   
   German regime of 1933-1945 as being rooted in the child rearing   
   practices prevalent in Germany at the beginning of the twentieth   
   century. Life is simple.……… our inarticulate rage always comes from   
   the same place……… the later stage of the mother-infant relationship…………   
   which you don’t remember, because the later stage of the mother-infant   
   relationship is too terrible to remember, so both your mother and   
   yourself took refuge in amnesia….. There is no known physiological   
   reason for not remembering your infancy. It has to be traumatic   
   amnesia.

   Why was there a gap in the historical record 1500 years ago? A gap in   
   the historical record indicates only one thing - an ecological   
   catastrophe and subsequent survivalist wars. That was the sad genesis   
   of Islam. Islam has little to do with Mohammed and much to do with a   
   forgotten ecological catastrophe about 1,500 years ago and the vicious   
   survivalist wars that followed. The legends of Saint Patrick,   
   Cuchullain, Fionn Mac Cuill, King Arthur, etc. etc. are rooted in the   
   same ecological catastrophe about 1,500 years ago.   
      
   Wars are won by the tribe which rations love between its members more   
   than other tribes ration their love because UNLOVED MEN MAKE MORE   
   EFFECTIVE SOLDIERS.   
   By rationing their love even more than other tribes rationed their   
   love, the early Islamists conquered half the known world. All your   
   major religions are rooted in desperate survivalist wars. Hence all   
   the major religions advocate the rationing of love to the barest   
   minimum, while - bizarrely - pretending otherwise! Why do you not see   
   that? Because your state of inversion/doublethink is also associated   
   with physical survival in your primitive brain circuits. But there’s   
   no use in saying that to you, because you’re ‘too far gone.’ I   
   confidently estimate that it will be about three hundred thousand   
   (300,000) years into a needlessly painful future before you human   
   imbeciles finally face your own reality as I have faced it in THE ROAD   
   TO BALLYSEEDY CROSS and in ‘Know Yourself, Heal Yourself.’   
      
   For the record, the Jewish religion in its present form came into   
   being during the major survivalist emergency of 3,400 BP (before   
   present), which is why Judaism also orders us to ration love between   
   us to the barest minimum, even to the extent that strict Jews are   
   forbidden to have intercourse with their wives for a large portion of   
   every month. Again, it’s all about rationing love because unloved men   
   make more effective soldiers.   
      
   Constantine’s religion, mistakenly called Christianity, is equally   
   emphatic in promoting toxic shame and rationing of love. You imagine   
   the opposite because your state of inversion/doublethink is associated   
   with physical survival in your primitive brain circuits!   
      
   No use in saying Buddhism is different. Burma is a Buddhist country,   
   and it is a place where love is rationed much more than in many other   
   places. Whatever sanity there is in parts of religious scriptures, it   
   is overruled by our COLLECTIVE MENTAL ILLNESS. So forget about   
   searching for the right religion or for the right politicians to   
   elect. That will get you nowhere because the COLLECTIVE MENTAL ILLNESS   
   will always predominate.

   What is written here is completely valid and this is a healing   
   document, a compensation for the forgotten horrors of the later stage   
   of the mother-infant relationship in our tragic INVERTED civilisation.   
      
   The earlier piece with this same title was well received. I’m glad   
   some of you liked it. I want to help. My impulse is to contribute to   
   the healing of our tragic civilisation.   
      
   I’ve rewritten it and extended it as below. It’s helpful to explore a   
   more detailed, more elongated version as part of our collective   
   healing process.

   BECOME AS LITTLE CHILDREN   
      
   But what did he mean?   
      
   Somehow, the advice of Apollonius-Jesus, “become as little children,”   
   survived into the scriptures selected by Constantine.   
   What did Apollonius-Jesus mean by “become as little children?”   
   He could not have been referring to school bullying / *Lord of the   
   Flies* syndrome, which is the ‘default’ state of children after early   
   infancy.   
   So Apollonius-Jesus must have been advising that the EARLY stage of   
   the mother-infant relationship should never end.   
   The logic is inescapable.   
   That is a central tenet of true religion, which does not exist in this   
   INVERTED civilisation.   
   And that is the re-entry point to *Garden of Eden mode* and to the end   
   to war and injustice - never end the early stage of the mother-infant   
   relationship.   
   On that basis, in a sane civilisation, although the child’s intellect   
   matures and he moves on in many ways, the child never ends his   
   original *sexual-incest-paedophile relationship* with his mother as in   
   early infancy.   
      
   It is in that spirit, the spirit of the universally misunderstood   
   advice of Apollonius-Jesus, that the following words are written.
