relationship between the smoker and the essence of the tobacco (nicotine) can
be duplicated without smoke, so long as there's inhaling and exhaling. The
taste can vary from real tobacco
flavor to almost anything. The vapor has no smell. The level of nicotine can
be from 24 mg (equivalent to strong cigarette) to 0 mg.

i don't have it. I like it, but i don't feel the need for it, or deprived if i
don't have it. When i have headaches, though, i drink coffee or take a
   caffeine tablet in pill
form alongside my headache pill. When i need a kickstart, it's good too. Not
all addictive substances are necessarily unnecessary.

I guess the old Native Americans in the past did only smoke in special
moments, too. Maybe I should get into the habit of drinking coffee in
some special moments. :) When I have headaches, then I drink vegetable
juice with Cayennepepper. That helps somehow better than coffee. Don't
   know why.
