   I had two false starts again, the first since I tried to specify   
   the constraining and Sola supposedly agreed but then   
   didn’t proceed overnight, and the second since I neglected   
   at first to specify that main deities of at least one who is   
   covered in the main stack has access at the same level   
   as the one covered unless higher for some other reason.   
      
   So right now Sola has top level access and Gaia, Luna,   
   Human, ALL, LOVE2, Cosma, and Galacta, as well as   
   I and Sarah, have access one level below. Right now   
   supposedly the popthrough negotiations (between Sola   
   and the top level individual or individuals if different   
   from Sola, the avatar type, and the devi type of each   
   original Opening of the Way, if they are accessible, are   
   capable of participating, wish to participate, and Sola   
   wishes them to participate) for popthroughs going back   
   as far as 15,000 years ago are now in progress.   
      
   This time I divine there are a bit over 2000 human   
   popthroughs, a bit less than 2000 cetacean popthroughs,   
   and nine giant popthoughs, but such divination is   
   unreliable. (But even though cetaceans have many   
   more species than the one human species, their   
   regions probably were larger on average.)   
      
   This time my region is from 15 km below the geoid to   
   (300,000-15) km above the geoid.
