   As of over twelve hours ago, the warning signs have supposedly   
   been extended to minor criminals as defined by ALL. However   
   the severity of he warning signs correlates with the severity   
   of the crimes, so minor criminals should experience less   
   severe warning signs than medium level criminals, who in   
   turn should experience less severe warning signs than major   
   criminals.
