So, I just learned that my birth mother (I was adopted) was Native       American/Arapaho affiliation. It’s a long story, but she recently passed       away, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to speak with her. I did learn that her       mother was Arapaho and her father        was half Cheyenne half Irish. I’ve always felt that I never really belonged,       not knowing who you are or your background, isn’t a nice feeling. But now       that I know, I’m trying to learn everything that I can. It’s overwhelming,       I’m not sure        where to start. I’d really like to connect with other Native Americans/       indigenous peoples (was that PC?) sorry if it’s not 🥴. I haven’t been       able to make any connections, there hasn’t been much receptiveness. Any       advice or guidance is welcome.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
