   It seems that I can get [B], the stopping of further blocking and   
   the lifting of seven mystic blocks including of block 4 on belief,   
   in advance, but will have to wait until Saturday evening, after   
   new/dark moon, to get the rest of my global new age onset   
   magickal workings (effectively an omnibus prayer negotiated   
   by me over 29 years) activated.   
      
   [B] was complete at 9:22 p.m. NDT (2352 UTC).   
      
   That brings to mind the following quote,   
   from John Matthews' book Taliesin..., on p. 90:

   except in my case it has been 7 years plus two 11 year sunspot   
   cycles. Indeed I am at about 29.59 years now, so technically   
   I round up to 30 years rather than down to 29 years since   
   my low years began, so I am overdue.
