   Looking at the hygrophonous cap, in the grass, it could be many   
   things: Agrocybe in my yard looks that way from a distance,   
   Psathyrella candolleana, too.  Pholiota mutabilis/alnicola/malicola   
   look similar and at least one grows in the grass as well. I've seen   
   Panaeolus foenisecii get that light onthe cap. It could be a   
   Stropharia too. It doesn't look like Marasmius.
