   I was very surprised that this one is indeed an oyster!   
   I wonder if it's cultivated in flat beds?   
      
   The one time I grew regular Ostreatus in toilet paper rolls, they   
   sprouted out the top so had a nice flat cap instead of the usual fan   
   shape.
