   In the immediate Spokane area, more morels are coming up, and a lot bigger   
   than the little bugger I posted the picture of.  I did manage to find 27   
   "keepers", all black morels, on April 11th, and left about 2 dozen smaller   
   ones for later harvest.  The biggest ones were about 3" high and 2.5" in   
   diameter!  They tasted very good with a nice T-bone steak for our first   
   morel dinner of the year.  I have not heard of many other pickings in this   
   area, but I bet there are some out there.
