   It is almost impossible to ID a small Coprinus like that without a   
   microscope and young fruitbodies. Even if it might be C. niveus, and   
   even if it isn't poisonous - who on earth would consider eating such a   
   tiny mushroom, when there's nothing on it to eat??   
   The source that tells you to avoid every mushroom of that size, is the   
   wise one.
