   Looking forward to that. Meanwhile, if Agrocybe cylindracea/aegerita   
   isn't suitable, you could also check Agrocybe dura/molesta which   
   usually gets a cracked cap and also gets that violet tint on the gills   
   - but the cap normally doesn't exceed 5" on this one:
