   Do go easy on these. False morels are Gyromitra   
   esculenta, and though apparently edible when cooked   
   it is now believed that the poisons are not actually   
   destroyed but slowly accumulate in the body over time,   
   with eventually disastrous consequences.   
   I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole (or frying pan).
